First season at the Greensboro Sportsplex was a huge success!

I’ve been a diehard hockey fan my entire life. Growing up in suburban Philadelphia, I first picked up a hockey stick at age 10 and haven’t looked back. I’ve been very fortunate to have grown up in a great hockey market supporting a great team like the Flyers. And I’m still dreaming of attending that Stanley Cup parade on Broad Street.

But in the meantime, I’ve had the good fortune to travel a lot and attend hockey games in many cities in this great country. And that’s what this blog is all about: a profound sense of adventure and a passion to travel and experience great hockey all across North America. My goal is to visit all 32 NHL cities in North America for a game. Along the way, I’ll share sights, sounds, and experiences from the best hockey cities in North America. And maybe I’ll even share some minor league team experiences.

Charlotte’s home now, but the Wells Fargo Center in South Philly will always be a special place for me!

When all is said and done, I’m excited to rank the many arenas of the NHL, and it’s not just about the building itself. It’s about the fans, the excitement, the atmosphere, the entertainment of the city, and much more. In the end, I hope to enjoy exploring every corner of the NHL world. Hope you enjoy the journey!
